No subscription is required to use your PawLogic devices. Every device works out of the box with free core features in the PawLogic app, including live tracking, feeding schedules and activity monitoring. An optional PawLogic Plus plan adds unlimited location history, advanced health insights and priority support — it’s monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days domestically and 7–14 business days internationally, with tracking provided on every parcel. If your order is ever late, our support team will make it right.
Every PawLogic device comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Chewed cables and lost trackers aren’t covered, but we’ll always offer a fair discount on replacements.
Yes. Your pet’s location and health data is encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never used for advertising. You can pause location tracking anytime, and you can export or permanently delete your data from the app’s privacy settings whenever you like.
Our trackers, feeders and cameras are designed for dogs and cats of all breeds. The PawTrack GPS comes in two sizes: the standard unit for pets over 5 kg, and a lightweight mini for smaller cats and toy breeds. If you’re unsure which to choose, our sizing guide — or our support team — will point you the right way.
PawTrack uses GPS combined with cellular networks rather than Bluetooth, so there’s no distance limit — it works anywhere with mobile coverage. Live location updates every few seconds in the app, and you can draw safe zones on the map to get an instant alert if your pet wanders beyond them.
Absolutely. One PawLogic app profile manages all your pets and devices, with individual settings, feeding schedules and health records for each pet. You can add as many devices as you like, and multi-pet households get a discount on additional units.
Yes. The PawLogic app is free to download on iOS and Android, with no paywall for core features like live tracking, feeding schedules, activity monitoring and camera feeds. Optional Plus features are clearly marked in the app and never required for everyday use.
Open the app and switch on Lost Mode: live GPS tracking refreshes every few seconds, and you can share a live tracking link with family or neighbours to help search. Safe-zone alerts usually warn you the moment your pet leaves home, so you can act before they get far.
Wipe trackers and cameras with a damp cloth and mild soap — no harsh chemicals. Feeder bowls and hoppers lift out and are dishwasher-safe; rinse the water bowl daily. The app shows battery and firmware status for every device, and it’s worth checking collar attachments for wear now and then.

Every purchase comes with our 30-day happiness guarantee: if you or your pet aren’t delighted, return the device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fees. Devices should be returned in good condition, and we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
