Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Paw Logic Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our website at pawlogictech.com, the PawLogic mobile app, and our connected pet products (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing our products, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Products and services

Paw Logic Tech designs connected products for pets, including:

PawTrack GPS Collar — real-time GPS tracking with safe-zone alerts.
PawFeed Smart Feeder — scheduled and portion-controlled feeding, managed from the app.
PawHealth Monitor — activity, sleep, and wellness tracking with insights.
PawCam Pet Camera — two-way audio/video monitoring with optional clip recording.
PawLogic app — the companion app for iOS and Android that connects and manages all devices.

Product features may evolve over time through firmware and app updates. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or create an account. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access via the contact form or the email address listed on our Contact page.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice; the price at the time of order applies.
An order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email and may cancel or refuse orders (for example, due to stock errors or suspected fraud), refunding any payment taken.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By providing payment details, you authorize the charge for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.
Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please inspect your order on arrival and report damaged or incorrect items within 14 days.

30-day happiness guarantee and returns

If you are not satisfied with a hardware product, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, contact us via the contact form or the email address listed on our Contact page for a return authorization. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Limited warranty

We provide a 1-year limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear (including chew damage), or use with non-PawLogic accessories. If a valid warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which are not limited by these Terms.

Subscriptions

Certain features — such as cellular connectivity for the PawTrack GPS Collar — require an optional subscription plan. Subscription terms:

Plans auto-renew at the then-current rate until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a product is returned under the 30-day guarantee.
We will notify you of material price changes in advance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or other users’ devices or data.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Use our devices or app to harass, surveil, or harm any person or animal.
Resell or redistribute our software or services without our written permission.
Interfere with the operation of the Services, including by introducing malware or overloading our infrastructure.

Safety notice

Our products are aids to pet care — they are not substitutes for responsible supervision or professional veterinary care. GPS tracking depends on cellular and satellite coverage and may be temporarily unavailable. Health insights are informational only and are not medical diagnoses; always consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s health. Keep small components, charging cables, and packaging away from pets and children.

Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, trademarks (including PawLogic, PawTrack, PawFeed, PawHealth, and PawCam), and other intellectual property in the Services are owned by Paw Logic Tech or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and device software for personal, non-commercial use with your PawLogic products. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paw Logic Tech and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data or inability to locate a pet. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paw Logic Tech from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Paw Logic Tech operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
